Requirement:

a     .       AEC member, proven by “Training Organization” certificate

b     .       Making motivation letter and CV. download  in this site

c     .       Choose 2 priorities position bellow (ex: PAD and internal PRD)

       Available position and general over view:

1          .      PAD (physical and asset department)

·         Procuring and maintaining the assets of AEC

·         Making all AEC’ers keep the base camp clean

2          .      PRD (public relation department)

a              a.     Internal

·         Making good climate (both professionalism and personal) among AEC’ers

b              b.     External

·         Making good relation with other institution

·         Looking for outside info ex: scholarship

3          .    HRRED (human resource, reasoning and education department), cadre cloning  

                (regeneration of   AEC’ers) and learning process

    a.      human resource

·         recruiting English mentoring member

·         doing the preparation of English mentoring

·         held up grading

b              b.      Reasoning

·         Handle debate class

·         Looking for the debate competition

c               c.       Education

·         Arranging routine class

·         Looking for the event related to English/Indonesian competition ex: essay, and  

        Help the AEC’ers to prepare it

·         Held annual program (English Parade)

4          .      F N B (fund and business)

·         Collecting independent fund to support AEC financial whether joint venture or self-effort

NOTE:

1.  Collect your application before January 5, 2012 and the announcement will be launched on  January 25, 2012

AEC TRAINING ORGANIZATION

Yeah, it’s time for AEC to recruit new member of AEC. Because of it, we held AEC Training Organization on 19^th-20^th November 2011 in our beloved faculty, FIA (faculty of administrative science).

The purpose of this training organization is to make new member of AEC to be close to each other, to understand the importance of English, to build character, to became active and fun students, and to show them how to spare their time between study and extra activity.

This event not only indoor as you know in this picture, but we also do some games outdoor. There are seven team in this training organization. Each team must do their mission in every post and open the secret code at the end. In this outdoor game, each team should unite in every game they do so their mission will be success.

At last, we hope this event could make our new member of AEC become unite to solve every problem or program in AEC. So, come on guys!! Make AEC better than before in your hand.
