Every year, AEC always recruit new member to organizing our organization that we call BOC or Board Of Committe. So, like we did last year, we held Training Organization For BOC 2012 to tighten our relationship among BOC. As we know, it's difficult to close to each other if we were new member. we must introduce ourselves everytime we meet. because of that, this event is create to make we know each other.
This event is open by the greeting from Chair Person, Susilowati. She told us about the purpose of this event and introduce one by one of the new BOC.
After the greeting from Chair Person, we are doing some warming game. This game has a purpose to make us closer and know each other. Some BOC who lose must get the punishment. The punishment is kinda funny. You know that "Raja Gombal" is popular now. you could see it everyday on TV and many people following the action to do "Gombal". So the punishment is like that. BOC who lose must "Nggombal" (i don't know how to say it in English) to some male and female member.
This is time for serious again, we got some material from BOA. we got it from Miss Aning and Miss Nila. Miss Aning told us about our job description in AEC, what should we as BOC was explained well by miss Aning. Then the next is Miss Nila, as we know she is one of humorous BOA, she told us about her experience in AEC and how she love AEC in some funny way. ^^ so we are not too bored.
After that, it's time to break. We are eating together and get some rest.
Now, the last event we must do is playing a game. This is the last game. We must play with some water and it make us wet. But, it's so fun. It's so fun to look us together play a game. It help us to build team work. Because organization cannot run well if we were not solid in our team. We must together to solve our problem.
At last, this is AEC. I hope we will forever be Fellowship and Fun.(^_^)
